Transportation Shift Leader
We are seeking a responsible and experienced **Transportation Shift Leader** to oversee daily transport operations and ensure smooth coordination of drivers, vehicles, and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage drivers during assigned shifts
- Plan and coordinate daily transportation schedules
- Monitor vehicle usage, routes, and timely dispatch
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Handle shift handovers and maintain accurate reports
- Coordinate with operations team for transport requirements
- Address and resolve any transport-related issues or delays
- Ensure proper maintenance follow-up of vehicles
Requirements
- Minimum **2–3 years of experience** in transportation or fleet operations
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Valid **Qatar driving license** of **Car & Bus** is required (MUST)
- **Age Limit:** 21- 40 years
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Able to Communicate in **English**
Salary & Benefits
- **Salary**: Basic 1,800 QR+ 300 QR Food Allowance + 300QR General Allowance+100 QR Mobile allowance+ 300 QR Fixed OT (+3 hrs)

- **Working Hours:** 12 hours ( 1 including break)
- Weekly off
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month
