Transport Coordinator (UAE Experience Required)
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Transport Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily transportation and logistics operations.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the UAE logistics market, especially in air freight and freight forwarding operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily transportation and fleet operations
- Schedule shipments and assign vehicles and drivers efficiently
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and clients
- Track shipments and ensure timely and safe delivery
- Monitor and resolve delivery delays or operational issues
- Handle air freight operations, including booking and documentation
- Maintain accurate records (AWB, POD, invoices, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations and company policies
- Coordinate loading and unloading activities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status

Requirements
- Must have UAE experience in logistics / transport / freight forwarding
- Good knowledge of air freight operations
- Familiar with systems such as Calogi and MIRSAL II
- Experience working with Emirates SkyCargo and DNATA
- Good understanding of airport operations in DWC and DXB
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

- Experience as a Transport Coordinator / Fleet Coordinator
- Experience in freight forwarding companies
- Knowledge of UAE customs clearance procedures
