Transport Coordinator

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle movements for rental and leasing operations.
• Assign and monitor drivers for client requirements and operational duties.
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery, replacement, and collection from customers.
• Coordinate rental bookings and vehicle availability for short-term and long-term leasing.
• Monitor fleet utilization and arrange standby/replacement vehicles when required.
• Coordinate with the workshop for vehicle maintenance, servicing, registration, and breakdown support.
• Track driver attendance, trip schedules, and overtime when required.
• Handle customer transport requirements and operational issues efficiently.
• Maintain proper transport records, vehicle movement logs, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, traffic regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in transport coordination, fleet operations, vehicle rental, or logistics.
• Experience in vehicle rental/leasing operations is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Qatar roads and locations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
