Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Transport Coordinator to manage and oversee transportation operations for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient vehicle utilization, timely staff movement, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily transportation requirements for site staff and workers
- Plan and assign vehicles based on project needs
- Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules
- Ensure drivers follow safety rules and company regulations
- Maintain transport records, logs, and reports
- Handle transport-related issues and provide timely solutions
- Coordinate with project teams and HR for manpower movement
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Transport Coordinator in a construction company
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage drivers and transport schedules effectively
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
