Maintains smooth transport operations at a client location.
Major responsibilities
- Design and develop effective transport processes and systems.
- Ensure established transport processes are followed.
- Control and monitor shuttle services, spot rentals, airport transfers, and regular employee pickups and drops.
- Take overall responsibility for daily transport operations.
- Manage the transport team and vendors from an operational perspective.
- Meet with employees to improve transport services and handle escalations.
- Ensure vendors meet SLA requirements, including statutory and non-statutory compliance.
- Submit and share vendor, operational, and management reports daily.
Qualifications and experience
- Any graduation.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the same field.
