Job Description:

Urban Infoline Star Shipping LLC is seeking a dedicated and responsible Transport Controller / Operations Coordinator to manage transportation operations along with supporting our online trading activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport Operations:

Handle container transportation and logistics coordination.

Manage monthly transport invoice maintenance.

Verify invoices with the manager and submit them to the Accounts Department for payment processing.

Maintain and provide transporter account details.

Coordinate small vehicles, box trailers, and warehouse deliveries.

Ensure deliveries to customer-specified locations.

Oversee all transportation activities from start to completion.

Prepare and hand over all final charges to the Accounts Department for invoicing.

Communicate updates and documentation via email.

Online Trading Operations:

Manage product listings on online platforms such as Amazon and Noon.

Monitor incoming online orders.

Purchase required products from the local market based on orders received.

Pack items securely and prepare them for dispatch.

Coordinate with the concerned online delivery/marketing team for order collection and shipment.

Requirements:

Experience in logistics, transport coordination, or operations.

Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, etc.).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Good communication and documentation abilities.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED48,384.51 - AED58,269.52 per year
