Pharmaceutical Transparency Reporting Specialist

• to join our team on a managed service engagement with a leading global pharmaceutical company.
• In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end HCP/HCO transparency reporting across multiple markets, ensuring full regulatory compliance with international and country-specific disclosure laws.
• 🔷 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage annual HCP/HCO transparency disclosure submissions across assigned markets
• Ensure compliance with EFPIA Disclosure Code, U.S. Sunshine Act, Loi Bertrand, ABPI, and local regulations
• Collect, validate, and reconcile Transfer of Value (TOV) data from SAP, CRM, and expense systems
• Prepare and submit reports to regulatory portals within statutory deadlines
• Coordinate HCP pre-publication notifications and manage dispute resolution
• Maintain complete audit trails and support internal/external compliance audits
• Train internal teams on transparency reporting standards and data capture requirements
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal processes proactively
• 🔷 Requirements:
• ✅ Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Law, Business, or Finance
• ✅ Minimum 4 years' experience in pharma transparency reporting or regulatory compliance
• ✅ Deep knowledge of EFPIA Disclosure Code and HCP/HCO disclosure requirements
• ✅ Advanced MS Excel and data reconciliation skills
• ✅ Strong written and verbal communication in English
• ✅ Experience managing multiple deadlines in a regulated environment
• ⭐ Preferred:
• Experience with U.S. Sunshine Act / Open Payments reporting
• Proficiency in Veeva, IQVIA, or Model N reporting tools
• Power BI or data visualization skills
• French or Arabic language proficiency
• Professional compliance certification (CCEP, CPA, or equivalent)
