We are seeking a detail-oriented
Translator
to support translation activities related to
Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA)
documentation and regulatory requirements.
The candidate will be responsible for accurately translating documents between
Arabic and English
while ensuring compliance with SFDA standards and terminology.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate documents related to SFDA regulations, submissions, product registrations, and compliance
- Perform accurate Arabic to English and English to Arabic translations
- Ensure translated content maintains the original meaning, context, and technical terminology
- Review and proofread translated materials for grammar, clarity, and accuracy
- Support preparation of regulatory documents, reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand technical and regulatory terminology
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and regulatory information
- Ensure all translations comply with SFDA guidelines and documentation standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Arabic, English, or related field
- 2+ years of translation experience
- Strong proficiency in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
- Experience in translating regulatory, medical, pharmaceutical, food, or healthcare-related documents
- Good understanding of SFDA terminology and documentation requirements
- Excellent proofreading and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
