  • 🎯 The Role
  • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Translator Manager to lead our translation operations and language services team.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee translation workflows, manage linguists, ensure linguistic quality, and maintain consistency across all multilingual content and communication materials.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of translators, linguists, and language specialists
  • Oversee translation projects from initiation to delivery across multiple languages
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and cultural appropriateness of all translated content
  • Develop and maintain translation guidelines, glossaries, and style guides
  • Assign translation tasks based on language expertise and project requirements
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand linguistic needs and expectations
  • Manage translation workflows, deadlines, and resource allocation
  • Conduct quality reviews and implement quality assurance processes
  • Utilize translation tools and technologies (CAT tools, TMS platforms)
  • Provide training and feedback to improve translator performance and consistency
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Languages, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in translation, localization, linguistics, or language services
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
  • Proficiency in at least two languages; additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of translation methodologies and localization practices
  • Experience using CAT tools such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, Smartling, or similar platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in multiple languages
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and project management abilities
  • High attention to detail and linguistic accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple translation projects under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
