Overview
We are hiring a Translator for our construction site operations.
The role is mainly focused on translating between workers, engineers, and management to ensure smooth communication on site.
Responsibilities
- Translate daily instructions between site supervisors, engineers, and workers
- Support communication during toolbox talks, meetings, and inspections
- Translate safety guidelines, notices, and technical instructions
- Assist in preparing simple reports or notes when required
- Coordinate with site teams to relay updates and changes in real time
- Ensure clear communication to avoid misunderstandings and delays
- Accompany engineers during site rounds for live translation
- Provide cultural/linguistic support when dealing with multiple nationalities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a translator/interpreter (construction background preferred)
- Ability to translate accurately between **English** and the required language(s)
- Good understanding of construction site terms (advantage)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and comfortable working on active construction sites
- Must be punctual, reliable, and professional
Working Hours
- **8:00 AM – 6:00 PM**
- Company transport:
- **Pick-up at 7:00 AM**
- **Drop-off at 6:00 PM**

Accommodation provided (shared, 4 persons per room)
Company transport provided
1 day off per week — candidate may choose Friday / Saturday / Sunday
Visa, medical insurance, and other benefits as per UAE labor law
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
