Role Description
The Transformation Program Manager at ROYAL GATE will lead and coordinate strategic transformation initiatives across the business, with a focus on optimizing real estate operations and processes.
This part-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi involves defining program objectives, building roadmaps, and managing interdependent projects to drive both business and digital transformation.
The person in this role will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze current practices, identify gaps, and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.
Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking program milestones, managing risks and issues, preparing progress reports, and facilitating stakeholder meetings and workshops.
The Transformation Program Manager will also support change management activities, such as communications, training coordination, and adoption monitoring, to ensure successful implementation of new ways of working.
Qualifications
- Strong Program Management and Project Management skills to plan, execute, and oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven experience in Business Transformation and Digital Transformation to redesign processes, introduce new tools, and improve performance.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess business impact, prioritize initiatives, and support decision-making.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus at different organizational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Prosci) are a plus.
- Background in real estate, property development, or a related industry is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi in a part-time capacity, managing priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
