Opportunity

Transformation Delivery

• Lead programmes and projects from initiation through closure, delivering agreed outcomes on time and within budget.
• Translate priorities into roadmaps covering scope, sequencing, resources, milestones, dependencies, and benefits.
• Manage governance, steering committees, approvals, investment cases, milestone reviews, and post-implementation reviews.
• Report progress, risks, issues, dependencies, benefits, and required decisions; escalate matters early.
• Embed risk, control, and audit needs in delivery with relevant functions.
• Lead process improvement, operating model redesign, digitisation, efficiency, and control enhancement.
• Define target operating models and business cases; conduct discovery and root-cause analysis and balance delivery trade-offs.
• Track benefits and take corrective action when outcomes are at risk.

Stakeholders and Change

• Build senior stakeholder relationships, influence without formal authority, and resolve competing priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and third parties with clear accountability, cadence, and performance expectations.
• Drive adoption through communications, training, readiness assessments, and post-implementation support.
• Promote inclusive leadership, constructive challenge, transparent escalation, and continuous improvement.

Experience and Qualifications

• A graduation degree is stated as essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit; overseas certificates require current attestations and equivalency.
• Understand banking risk and control expectations and engage effectively with Second Line of Defence and Internal Audit.
• Have experience embedding controls into process and technology change, including governance, policy adherence, and audit-ready evidence.
• Bring process improvement capability, such as Lean or Six Sigma, with root-cause analysis and a simplification mindset.
• Use performance measures, management information, and dashboards to define success and track outcomes.
• Partner with Technology teams on requirements, testing, release planning, and post-implementation stabilisation.
• Manage senior stakeholders, communicate clearly, present to governance forums, and influence outcomes.
• Operate in ambiguity, manage trade-offs, and drive decisions through structured negotiation and prioritisation.
