About This Role

Marsh is looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join our team supporting the Asia Pacific and India/Middle East/Africa regions. This role will be based in Dubai - Burj Al Salam, United Arab Emirates, and will be a hybrid position.

This role involves implementing transfer pricing strategies to facilitate planning, managing tax audits, and ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. The Manager will need to communicate complex transfer pricing concepts clearly to stakeholders and identify opportunities for process improvement.

We will count on you to:

  • Provide expert transfer pricing advice to cross-functional teams across Asia Pacific and India/Middle East/Africa, ensuring transactions meet arm’s-length standards and align with Marsh policies.
  • Lead and prepare complete transfer pricing documentation studies (or manage third-party deliverables), support regional tax audits, and provide technical and analytical support during examinations.
  • Model and quantify the tax impact of transfer pricing initiatives, perform tax valuations for acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings, and advise on FIN 48 (ASC 740) reserves.
  • Partner with business leaders through fact-finding interviews to identify risks and opportunities, recommend process improvements, and implement transfer pricing planning initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Monitor external transfer pricing developments, regulatory changes, and evolving business models to proactively surface compliance requirements and optimization opportunities.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field; minimum of 5 years’ relevant transfer pricing experience in a business-partnering or advisory role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing methodologies and regulations, including OECD guidance and U.S. principles, with proven experience preparing documentation and valuation analyses.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex transfer pricing concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels—both written and verbal.
  • Track record of delivering transfer pricing projects end-to-end, supporting audits, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to drive results.

What makes you stand out:

  • Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, or advanced degree in Tax/Accounting/Economics) or significant Big Four / in-house transfer pricing experience.
  • Hands-on experience with tax modeling and data analysis tools (advanced Excel, VBA, SQL, Python, or tax technology platforms) to support economic analyses and reporting.
  • Prior exposure to multinational, cross-border tax issues across APAC and IMEA regions and familiarity with local transfer pricing documentation requirements.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement and self-development.
