Transaction Analyst in the Operations team, handling Trade Finance operational products for the Riyadh location on banking applications.
The role works with supervision and involves initiative to identify tasks and efficiencies for the unit.
Responsibilities
- Process traditional and structured Trade Finance products and monitor transactions through completion.
- Follow established work and escalation processes; escalate exceptional processes and maintain audit trails.
- Prepare weekly and monthly metrics and manage daily internal reporting to meet deadlines and controls.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex customer enquiries and requirements in the operating environment.
- Identify tasks and efficiencies for implementation within the unit.
Qualifications and experience
- Any university degree and 1–2 years of Banking Operations experience are required.
- Requires up-to-date knowledge of current market practice.
- Candidates must demonstrate ability to manage multiple daily priorities while following risk-control, compliance, and regulatory policies.
- Experience working across teams in a matrix-style structure is required.
- Strong professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are required.
