• Key job responsibilities
• Support the intra-day management of transportation capacities.
• This will mean you will be monitoring multiple dashboards and receiving multiple change requests from partner teams within a day.
• You will be expected to deploy the requested changes within the set SLA with high degree of accuracy.
• Therefore, you will be required to maintain a high bar on attention to detail, ensuring that all requested changes are accurately and fully completed.
• You are expected to be flexible to work in different shift structures and your schedule can include Night Shifts and Weekends.
