Full-time, mid-level Training Specialist role.
Design, coordinate, and deliver learning and development programs across the organization.
Identify training needs, develop learning content, facilitate sessions, and support employee growth and organizational capability.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs aligned with business goals and employee development needs.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities.
- Design materials, presentations, workshops, and learning resources; deliver training sessions and employee development activities.
- Coordinate orientation and onboarding training and evaluate effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance outcomes.
- Work with department managers to identify training needs and recommend learning solutions.
- Maintain training content, manuals, SOPs, and learning materials.
- Support career development, competency development, and succession planning.
- Track training records, attendance, completion, and employee development progress; monitor KPIs and report insights.
- Coordinate external trainers, consultants, providers, and learning resources when required.
- Promote continuous learning and keep up with training methods and learning technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Training Specialist, Learning & Development Specialist, Corporate Trainer, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of training and development, adult learning methodologies, and instructional techniques.
- Experience designing and delivering engaging programs for employees at different levels.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to assess training needs, develop practical solutions, work independently, and collaborate across teams.
- Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and strong in project management, analysis, problem-solving, and measuring effectiveness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, presentation tools, and digital learning platforms.
- LMS, HRIS, or other learning technology experience is an advantage.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred; professional certifications in Training, Learning & Development, HR, or related fields are an advantage.
