Training & Client Enablement
- Deliver client training sessions covering SchemeServe and its functionality.
- Train customers to build and manage insurance products using SchemeServe.
- Provide targeted training when clients need help with specific platform areas.
- Deliver internal training and support SchemeServe employee onboarding.
- Create and maintain help guides, training videos, tutorials, and other learning resources.
- Organize webinars covering SchemeServe functionality and best practice.
- Identify recurring knowledge gaps and turn them into training or self-service resources.
- Help clients become increasingly self-sufficient when using SchemeServe.
Insurance Product Building
- Build new insurance products on SchemeServe.
- Translate underwriting guides and product specifications into working products.
- Configure question sets, rules, documents, and other product functionality.
- Build and maintain rating using Excel.
- Test products and check that they behave as expected.
- Support changes and updates to existing products.
- Work with clients and internal teams to understand product requirements.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and find practical solutions.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in training, preferably in SaaS or insurance.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfort working directly with clients.
- Good general computer skills, including confidence using Excel.
- Interest in learning how insurance products are configured and built.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across different teams.
- UK-based while working fully remotely.
- Previous experience delivering training is desirable.
Work Arrangement
- The position is fully remote and requires the candidate to be UK-based.
