Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Training & OD Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing employee development initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Annual Training Plan in alignment with business needs
- Identify training needs through performance analysis and stakeholder consultation
- Design and implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Support and execute Succession Planning strategies
- Develop and maintain Career Path frameworks across functions
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide continuous improvement recommendations
Requirements
- Oil & Gas, Mining industry is preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in training and development, OD, Performance Management
- Strong knowledge of training needs analysis, IDPs, succession planning, and career pathing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
