Training Manager/Trainer role focused on improving employee performance, service quality, productivity, and compliance.
Planning and delivery
- Identify employee training needs and prepare annual plans, monthly calendars, and schedules.
- Design training programs and develop presentations, manuals, learning activities, and SOP guides.
- Deliver workshops, practical demonstrations, on-the-job training, and induction for new employees.
- Train employees on company policies, procedures, products, services, and operational standards.
- Manage training budgets, schedules, and resources.
Employee development and evaluation
- Assess employee knowledge, skills, and competency before and after training; identify performance gaps and recommend corrective training.
- Support leadership development and career progression, and monitor practical application of training at work.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, conduct written and practical assessments, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain attendance records and training files; track completion rates and training KPIs.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management and monitor applicable standards and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure employees maintain role-required certifications and competencies.
Eligibility
