Responsibilities
- Lead training strategy, governance, and execution across SAP S/4HANA, Proaxia, Salesforce, Contact Center, DMS, and other platforms.
- Ensure business users are trained and ready before Go-Live.
- Own a key readiness gate across the program.
Required skills and experience
- 7–12 years of experience in Training or Learning and Development.
- Experience in digital transformation programs; ERP or CRM experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in large-scale, multi-system, multi-vendor program training.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or enterprise platforms is preferred.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle stages including SIT, UAT, and Go-Live.
- Experience with training tools, learning management systems, and reporting dashboards.
