About The Role
Dubai Clean is looking for an experienced and proactive professional to establish and lead our Training & Development function from the ground up.
This role is not limited to conducting training sessions.
We are looking for someone who can identify operational gaps, understand recurring complaints, analyze root causes, improve employee performance, and create sustainable training systems that permanently solve business challenges.
The ideal candidate will actively work with Operations, Customer Service, Sales, Quality, HR, and Management teams to understand business problems and transform those learnings into practical training programs, SOPs, assessments, and development plans.
This is a unique opportunity to build an entire training department from scratch and create a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
Training Department Development
· Build and establish the Training & Development Department from the ground up.
· Design company-wide training frameworks, systems, and processes.
· Create onboarding, induction, technical, operational, customer service, and leadership training programs.
· Develop training calendars and annual learning roadmaps.
· Establish competency matrices for all positions.
Training Material Development
· Create professional training manuals, SOPs, presentations, videos, assessments, and knowledge libraries.
· Convert operational knowledge into easy-to-understand training materials.
· Develop role-specific training modules for all departments.
· Build certification and evaluation programs for employees.
Gap Analysis & Problem Solving
· Work closely with different departments to identify operational gaps and performance issues.
· Attend meetings, field visits, customer complaint reviews, and operational discussions to understand business challenges.
· Analyze recurring mistakes, complaints, quality issues, and process failures.
· Conduct root cause analysis and identify knowledge or skill gaps.
· Design corrective training initiatives to eliminate recurring problems.
Organizational Learning & Development
· Create learning pathways for new and existing employees.
· Design employee development and career progression programs.
· Improve employee productivity, service quality, and customer experience through targeted training.
· Develop coaching and mentoring programs for supervisors and managers.
Performance Improvement
· Track training effectiveness through measurable KPIs.
· Monitor employee performance improvements after training implementation.
· Conduct audits and refresher training programs.
· Ensure training outcomes translate into operational improvements.
Communication & Facilitation
· Deliver engaging and effective classroom and practical training sessions.
· Simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand learning experiences.
· Communicate effectively with employees from different nationalities and backgrounds.
· Build a strong learning culture across the organization.
Mandatory
· Minimum 4+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Operations Improvement, or Organizational Development.
· Strong experience in creating training materials, SOPs, and learning programs.
· Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
· Ability to identify operational challenges and convert them into training solutions.
· Experience working with multiple departments and stakeholders.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
Preferred
· Experience in Home Maintenance, Facilities Management, Cleaning Services, Hospitality, MEP, Customer Service, or Service Industries.
· Experience building a training function from scratch.
· Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and instructional design.
· Experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or operational excellence.
· Knowledge of LMS, HRMS, Zoho, or digital learning platforms.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 6-12 months, the successful candidate should:
· Establish a structured Training & Development Department.
· Create training materials and SOPs for all major departments.
· Implement onboarding and competency programs.
· Reduce recurring operational mistakes and customer complaints.
· Improve employee productivity and service quality.
· Build a sustainable learning culture across the organization.
· Create systems that prevent problems from recurring rather than repeatedly correcting the same issues.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 per month (Based on experience and capabilities)
