Training & Engagement Manager

Coach and develop General Managers and management teams, building leadership capability and confidence.

Work in our restaurants, supporting teams during service and championing Mowgli standards and culture.

Lead and continuously improve onboarding, training frameworks and management development.

Design and deliver quarterly training initiatives, identifying capability gaps and creating solutions that support business growth.

Support our engagement calendar, employee surveys, forums, newsletters and award submissions.

Help develop career pathways and create opportunities for our people to grow.

Champion unreasonable hospitality, always with a sprinkle of Mowgli Magic.

An experienced training or L&D professional with multi-site hospitality experience.

A brilliant coach who can influence, inspire and develop managers at all levels.

Commercially aware, highly organised and passionate about people development and exceptional guest experiences.

Creative, energetic and inspiring in your delivery.

Comfortable working in a field-based role, with UK-wide travel and some evening and weekend work.

Ideally based in the North-West with easy access to our Liverpool Head Office.
