What You’ll Do
Lead onboarding and training programs that set employees up for success.
Manage the learning management system: course setup, scheduling, reporting, and communication.
Create and deliver engaging training content, from system modules to on-the-job learning tools.
Maintain the equipment skills matrix and support cross-training initiatives.
Partner with HR and operations leaders to align development with business needs.
Support site Alchemy programs, coach/playbook development, and tier program administration.
Continuously improve learning programs using feedback, data, and performance metrics.
Must-Haves
- 2+ years of experience in training, L&D, or a related field.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent organization and project management capability.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and learning technologies.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree.
Training or facilitation certification.
Manufacturing environment experience.
Experience with Alchemy
