Role Description

This is a contract role for a Training Center Receptionist located in Riyadh. As a receptionist, you will handle front-desk duties, including greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service. In addition to overseeing appointments and schedules, you will maintain organized records, assist with document preparation, and provide general administrative support. A professional demeanor and excellent organizational skills are key in this role.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and staff
• Experience with Receptionist Duties and providing exceptional Customer Service
• Clerical Skills, including record-keeping, filing, and scheduling appointments
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other relevant administrative tools
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus & required
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Must be a Saudi national.
