As a Training Associate, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs across the organization.
This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is passionate about learning and development and is eager to build a career in training and employee development.
In this role, you will:
+ Assist in coordinating training programs aligned with business needs.
+ Support training logistics, including scheduling sessions, sending invitations, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback.
+ Help prepare training materials, presentations, and learning content.
+ Maintain training records and ensure accurate documentation.
+ Support in developing basic reports and dashboards to track training activities and effectiveness.
+ Assist in delivering training sessions and workshops when required.
+ Work closely with managers to support training needs and learning initiatives.
+ Continuously learn and contribute to improving training processes and tools.
Requirements
- **Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or any related field.**
- **Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in training, HR, or administration.**
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PowerPoint is a plus).
- Interest in training, learning, and development.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident and willing to learn presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and a team player
