- Plan, organize, and deliver training programs, including preparing training materials, equipment, and resources
- Lead, coach, assess, and certify trainees by evaluating their performance and providing guidance
- Maintain and continuously improve training resources, courses, and delivery methods
- Ensure compliance with company standards and management systems including Quality Assurance, ISO, Risk Management, ISMS
- Promote and enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Master or at least Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Training methodology certification (Train of The Trainer)
- Bilingual (English and Arabic) speaker & writer
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering and ideally 1 year in training and development area

- Lead, coach, assess, and certify trainees by evaluating their performance and providing guidance to support competency development.
- Maintain and continuously improve training resources, courses, and delivery methods to enhance training effectiveness and quality.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and management systems, including Quality Assurance, ISO, Risk Management, ISMS, and continual improvement requirements.
- Promote and enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance by conducting all training activities in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Master or at least Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Must have Training methodology Certification (Train of The Trainer)
- The candidate should be a bilingual (English and Arabic) speaker & writer
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering and ideally 1 year in training and development area
