Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Men’s Grooming Trainer to train male barbers and grooming professionals in manicure and pedicure services from scratch. The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured, practical, and hygiene-focused training programs aligned with Urban Company’s service standards.
This is a contractual, part-time training role ideal for professionals who enjoy teaching and developing entry-level service professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Conduct end-to-end training on men’s manicure and pedicure services
- Train barbers on basic to advanced techniques, including nail care, cuticle care, foot care, massage techniques, and finishing standards
- Provide training on men’s facials and waxing services
- Demonstrate proper service flow as per Urban Company protocols
Hygiene & Safety Standards
- Train professionals on hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices
- Educate on product usage, tool maintenance, and sterilization standards
- Reinforce customer safety and comfort protocols
Eligibility Criteria
Experience
- Prior experience specifically in men's manicure and pedicure
- Strong practical knowledge of men’s manicure and pedicure
- Experience in men’s facials and waxing is mandatory
- Experience in training beginners is preferred
Skills Required
- Strong demonstration and hands-on training ability
- Ability to simplify concepts for beginners
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi preferred)
- Patient and structured teaching approach
- Comfortable training male grooming professionals
Engagement Details
- Contract duration: 2–3 weeks per engagement
- Frequency: Approximately once every 2 months

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
