Role overview

Location and travel

• The role is based on-site in Bengaluru and requires extensive travel across India.
• Training takes place at different locations and in field environments; extended periods away from Bengaluru may be required.

Duration and schedule

• The role duration is six months.
• Schedule is six days per week, with project-dependent hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and hands-on training and explain SOPs, technical processes, and field procedures.
• Demonstrate equipment handling and operating procedures and manage training batches.
• Conduct quizzes and practical assessments, evaluate candidates against criteria, and make objective selection decisions.
• Provide corrective coaching and ensure only candidates meeting standards are certified and deployed.
• Travel to conduct field training and assessments and support newly certified operators during initial deployment when needed.
• Ensure SOP compliance, identify recurring mistakes and process gaps, and suggest improvements.
• Maintain attendance, assessment, certification, and progress records and share candidate performance updates.

Required skills and qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in training, field operations, technical operations, customer support, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal communication in multiple Indian languages and ability to explain instructions to individuals and groups.
• Confidence managing groups and maintaining discipline and focus.
• Ability to make objective pass/fail and selection decisions and provide feedback.
• Attention to detail, process discipline, accountability, and adaptability.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India is mandatory.
• Comfort working hands-on with equipment and trainees in field environments.
• Basic proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office.
• Training, onboarding, demonstration, or group-handling experience is preferred.
• Technical equipment, hardware, robotics, data collection, or field operations experience is a plus.
