Your responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct technical training programs
- Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc)
- Perform training, both for Internal and Customer Technician Internal, As per defined curriculum, based on Technician level Customer, All mining excavator machine product knowledge Level 1&2
- Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc
- Observe and evaluate results of training conducted
- Motivates, guides, and mentors team members to exceed goals and creates a positive environment during shifts
- Provide assistance to LEC technical & operator trainers conducting customer training programs
- Provide technical assistance to field service personnel
- Assist in the evaluation of prospective employees and do the technical assessment as a justification to have promotion
- Comply with applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations, Company policy and accepted safe work practices
Your qualifications
Preferably a graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Electrical Engineering
Minimum 1 year of work experience as Technical Trainer or 5 years of work experience in the heavy equipment maintenance field as Mechanic or Electrician
Train of Trainer Level 3 (BNSP) or ability to obtain
Basic Mechanic Course certificate or similar
Experience on maintaining Liebherr Excavator is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge on utilizing modern AI tools will be an advantage
Good English verbal and written communication skill
Proactive, Team player
