Role Overview

Seeking motivated MBA students or recent MBA graduates to join our Customer Success Growth team.

Excellent opportunity for candidates with an IT/product background who want to build a career in client success, business development and CRM operations.

What You Will Learn

  • Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and internal teams
  • Deliver impactful presentations and support negotiations
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Handle CRM tools for lead management and operational activities
  • Contribute to pipeline creation, documentation and strategy planning

Eligibility Criteria

  • MBA final-year students or recent MBA pass-outs
  • Minimum 65% throughout academics (10th, 12th, Graduation, and MBA)
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced IT/product environment
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt

Skills & Technical Tools

  • MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint - Advanced)
  • Salesforce CRM, LeadSquared CRM, Insightly CRM
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, ZoomInfo for lead generation
  • Strong knowledge of online research tools and prospecting databases
  • Familiarity with email automation tools and collaboration platforms (Slack, MS Teams, Google Workspace)
