Responsibilities

• Drafting legal documents including contracts and legal memos in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Reviewing and analyzing legal cases to determine the most appropriate legal course of action and provide recommendations.
• Supporting the legal team by assisting in preparing legal consultations and resolving disputes.
• Assisting in preparation of documents for court hearings and preparing briefs and pleadings.
• Conducting in-depth legal research and staying up to date with legal and jurisprudential developments.
• Client representation before courts and competent authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong interest in developing legal knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Keen interest and enthusiasm to learn about clients' business.
