Job Responsibility

• Study P & IDs , PFD, Control Narratives and Plant Operating Manuals (POM/SOP) to identify the potential benefits towards implementation of APC, Modular Procedural Automation and Asset Management System
• Identify the potential areas and benefits for applying Advanced Process Control for various process Units and specify the hardware/software architecture to carry out APC implementation
• Carry out APC & MVC implementations starting from Control Definition, Functional Design Specifications, Plant Testing, Detailed Engineering, Modeling of Controller and Estimator, Site Integration, SAT, Commissioning and PGTR.
• Implementation of Procedural Automation and Conduction of FAT & SAT on Modular Procedural Automation (Exapilot). Determine the tangible & IN-Tangible benefits after the implementation
• Implementation of Asset Management System (PRM/ISAE) and Conduction of FAT & SAT on Asset Management System
• (AMS) and target to achieve maximum operational benefits by prediction.
• Study P & IDs , PFD, Control Narratives and Plant Operating Manuals (POM/SOP) to identify the potential benefits towards implementation of Operator Training Simulator
• Develops and delivers detailed OTS solutions through project activities.
• Support and execute projects that involve technologies such as process simulation, dynamic simulation lifecycle and all aspects of operator training simulation.
• Technical responsibilities include problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment.
• Ensure that all Engineering activities are undertaken in accordance with the Company's quality control processes and that the relevant standard is achieved.

Job Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering/Petrochemical Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of experience in automation system

• Chemical Process Knowledge

• Application engineering knowledge
