Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Traffic Supervisor who will work closely with Operators as part of the Traffic Management Team under the direction of the Traffic Manager. The Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Traffic Management Desk and Smart Mobility Platform, supporting daily traffic operations, planned events, and major incident management.

The role requires fitting within a shift rota, with flexibility to work outside normal hours when required. The Supervisor will keep fully informed of all planned events, support such events as needed, and ensure all team members are well briefed on daily operations and upcoming activities.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to multi-task and manage various tasks, and good communication. Excellent organisation, time management and prioritizing skills.

This role is part of the Operations team and will be based in Riyadh, KSA

The Hiring for this role is subject to contract Award.

Key Accountabilities

Management* Training new personnel

  • Delivering refresher/update training to personnel as required
  • Ensure that training records are maintained
  • Maintaining User Profiles and privileges etc.
  • Maintaining Access Control in collaboration with IT Services

Operations* Traffic Management Desk function and Smart Mobility Platform set up

  • Developing and maintaining KSP Traffic Management processes and procedures
  • Compiling routine and ad hoc reports (including extracting data where required)
  • Developing and actioning Use Cases and Response Plans; providing recommendations to update the same as required
  • Establishing communication processes with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage Shift Reporting and the dissemination to agreed parties.

Specific Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with evidence of professional development
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject
  • Resource (personnel) management experience
  • Experience within a Control Centre/Control Room with a transport authority, security service, emergency service (or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and commonly used applications
  • High standard of the English Language (verbal and written) and excellent communication skills
