Traffic Engineer / Traffic Safety & Control Manager

• 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Manage and supervise temporary traffic management activities on site
• Attend and represent TCM in meetings with project stakeholders and authorities (Consultant, RCRC, PMO, Traffic Police, etc.)
• Coordinate traffic arrangements, lane closures, diversions, and work zone safety
• Ensure compliance with RCRC, MOT, and relevant Saudi standards
• Oversee implementation of approved TMPs / TDPs
• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and traffic operatives
• Monitor safety performance and resolve on-site traffic issues proactively
• 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Proven experience in traffic management, work zone safety, or traffic safety & control
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, or related discipline
• Strong working knowledge of temporary traffic management in KSA
• Ability to engage confidently with authorities, consultants, and client representatives
• Transferable Iqama — mandatory
• Valid KSA driving license — mandatory
• Based in Riyadh or available to relocate immediately
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Familiarity with road marking, traffic signs, and civil maintenance works is an advantage
