Overview
- Traffic Controller / Traffic Marshal – Duties & Responsibilities
- Direct and control the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians at assigned locations.
- Manage traffic flow to prevent congestion and ensure smooth site operations.
- Guide vehicles entering and exiting premises safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with traffic safety procedures and company regulations.
- Monitor restricted or high-risk areas to prevent unauthorized access.
- Assist drivers with parking guidance and safe maneuvering when required.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and security personnel regarding traffic conditions.
- Report accidents, incidents, hazards, or unusual activities immediately.
- Ensure pedestrian crossings and walkways remain safe and accessible.
- Monitor and enforce traffic control signs, barriers, and safety equipment placement.
- Respond quickly to emergencies and assist in traffic redirection when necessary.
- Maintain clear communication with drivers, staff, and management.
- Conduct regular inspections of traffic control areas for safety hazards.
- Follow emergency evacuation and traffic diversion procedures when required.
- Maintain daily activity logs and incident reports accurately.
- Ensure professional conduct and represent the company positively at all times.

Requirements – Traffic Controller / Traffic Marshal
✅ Physically fit and able to work outdoors
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Responsible, disciplined, and punctual
✅ Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
✅ Team player with a positive attitude
✅ Able to work under pressure and in dynamic environments
✅ Previous traffic control / marshal experience is an advantage
Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
