We are seeking an Underwriter to join our Commercial Lines in Leeds where your input will help shape the future of the business and drive team success.

Underwriting and negotiating new and/or existing Agricultural business within your authority

Building and maintaining excellent broker relationships through regular engagement

Applying pricing strategies and risk assessment techniques to drive profitable growth

Collaborating with colleagues to share insights and improve underwriting practices

Contributing to process improvements and supporting broker team ideas

Representing our brand at broker meeting, industry events and field visits as needed.
