Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
• Update pricing, descriptions, images, and inventory levels
• Process orders, coordinate fulfillment, and track deliveries
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and feedback promptly
• Monitor sales performance and prepare simple reports
• Run promotions, bundles, and seasonal campaigns
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and delivery partners
• Ensure accurate stock management and SKU tracking
• Improve product visibility using SEO keywords and categories
• Maintain documentation of processes and reports

Skills for Trading / E-commerce Roles
