About the Role
We are looking for disciplined and motivated individuals to join our growing trading operations team as a
Trading Desk Analyst & Account Manager
.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in Forex trading, trading technology, and live market operations.
You will assist in monitoring trading activities, managing automated trading systems, and supporting the overall trading desk infrastructure.
Freshers with strong interest in trading and financial markets are welcome to apply.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: USD $1,500 – $2,500 per month
Additional Earnings

Training & Evaluation Period: Mandatory
- All shortlisted candidates will undergo a 1-month training and evaluation phase.
- During this period, candidates will be evaluated on:
- Understanding of Forex and trading systems
- Discipline and attention to detail
- Risk awareness and market understanding
- Ability to monitor trading operations efficiently
- Professionalism and consistency
- Only selected candidates after technical round interview will be onboarded into the full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live trading desk operations
- Supervise automated trading bots and account activity
- Execute trades manually when required by management or system conditions
- Monitor account risk, drawdown, and trading performance
- Track bot stability and report technical or trading issues
- Assist senior traders and fund managers with daily operations
- Maintain records and operational reports
- Ensure smooth functioning of trading systems and execution processes
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Forex trading (XAU/USD knowledge preferred)
- Interest in trading technology and automation
- Ability to stay focused during market hours
- Strong discipline and attention to detail
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in trading operations
