About the role

The Trading Client Relationship Executive joins the Department of Research & Analytics Wing (DRAW) in a revenue-responsible client relationship role in financial markets.

The role focuses on trading fundamentals, client handling, deposits, upgrades, and long-term client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional online or offline client meetings and manage follow-up on student deposits.
  • Coordinate seminars and webinars with internal teams and maintain structured communication with assigned clients.
  • Provide basic trading guidance and support while maintaining client retention and satisfaction.
  • Achieve revenue, sales-closing, and performance KPI targets; generate business from existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up records.

Candidate requirements

  • At least one year of experience in Forex or financial market trading, sales, client relationship, or customer service.
  • Strong closing and negotiation ability.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi; Hindi is mandatory.
  • Comfort working in a structured, target-driven environment, with a professional attitude and long-term career focus.

Compensation and incentives

  • Salary is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
  • Performance-based incentives are linked to deposits, upgrades, and KPIs; high performers have earning growth potential.

Work schedule

  • Work hours are nine hours including lunch and tea breaks.
  • Working time is 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Progression opportunities listed include Senior Trading Relationship Executive, Assistant Growth Manager, Department Head, and DRAW Manager.

Internal training covers advanced Forex and financial markets, revenue strategy, and upgrade handling.

Advancement depends on performance consistency and leadership capability.
