🎯 The Role

We are seeking an experienced

Trade Marketing Manager

  • to develop and execute trade marketing strategies that support sales growth, strengthen channel relationships, and maximize brand performance across markets.
  • The ideal candidate will manage trade programs, analyze market opportunities, collaborate with commercial teams, and deliver initiatives that improve customer engagement and business results.
  • πŸš€ Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives, sales targets, and brand growth plans
  • Create and manage trade marketing calendars, promotional plans, channel programs, and market activation initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, retail, distribution, and commercial teams to improve channel performance and customer engagement
  • Develop trade promotions, point-of-sale (POS) materials, merchandising programs, and sales support initiatives
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and channel performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage trade marketing budgets, promotional investments, campaign execution, and return on investment (ROI) tracking
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales performance, market share, promotional effectiveness, channel growth, and customer engagement
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, channel partners, and key commercial stakeholders
  • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, retail activations, and market expansion initiatives
  • Conduct trade research, category analysis, and customer insights to improve commercial strategies
  • Prepare trade marketing reports, dashboards, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
  • βœ… Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Retail Management, Commerce, or a related field preferred
  • Professional certifications in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Sales Strategy, or equivalent are advantageous
  • 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, commercial marketing, category management, sales operations, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing trade programs, retail initiatives, channel strategies, or commercial marketing teams preferred
  • Strong understanding of trade marketing principles, retail execution, promotional planning, channel development, and commercial strategy
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, market research platforms, reporting dashboards, and marketing technologies
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, relationship management, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to translate market insights into effective trade strategies and measurable business outcomes
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
