Trade Marketing Executive

Regional Head Office in Jebel Ali, Dubai

• to bridge the gap between sales and marketing.
• In this role, you will develop and execute regional trade marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, optimize product placement, and accelerate sell-out across the UAE and GCC markets.
• This is how you WOW:
• Plan, implement, and monitor localized trade marketing calendars and promotional activities across retail, DIY, and traditional dealer channels.
• Lead the development, rollout, and auditing of Point of Sale (POS) materials, customized brand displays, and in-store layout plans to ensure premium global guideline compliance.
• Coordinate closely with Product Managers and Sales teams to launch new products seamlessly and drive localized "sell-out" campaigns.
• Regularly conduct market visits to track competitor activities, monitor pricing strategies, assess promotional effectiveness, and identify emerging retail trends.
• Manage external creative, production, and merchandising agencies to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and timely delivery.
• Provide impactful marketing data, localized consumer insights, and tailor-made promotional proposals to support Commercial Sales teams during key joint business planning meetings.
• Efficiently manage the assigned trade marketing budget, tracking expenditures and evaluating Return on Investment (ROI) for all key activations.
• It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years experience in Trade Marketing or Channel Marketing, preferably within the Consumer Electronics or Home Appliance sectors.
• Deep understanding of the UAE and GCC retail landscape, including major hypermarkets, DIY chains, and distributor networks.
• A valid UAE driving license is required, as frequent local and regional market visits are a core part of the role.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to tracking promotional ROI and market data.
• A team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for creative learning.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
