Position Overview
We are looking for motivated, ambitious, and results-driven **Trade Finance Sales Executives** to join our Dubai office.
**Previous sales experience is required.** Experience in trade finance is not mandatory, as comprehensive product training will be provided.
We are seeking individuals with a strong sales mindset who are confident in generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate is target-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to grow within a professional and fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new clients involved in import/export, trading, manufacturing, and project finance sectors.
- Promote the company's trade finance products and services to potential clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and direct client engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Negotiate and assist in closing business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, conferences, and networking events.
- Prepare basic sales reports and client updates for management.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Proven ability to generate leads, develop business, and close sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be based in Dubai and available for office-based work.
- Fluent in English.
- Previous UAE sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Trade finance experience is a plus but not mandatory.
