Work Schedule

• Full-time role
• Standard business hours (Sunday–Thursday)
• Based in King Abdullah District, Riyadh

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and import/export requirements
• Monitor and interpret trade regulations, sanctions, and embargoes
• Prepare and review shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin)
• Classify goods using HS codes and ensure proper tariff application
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government authorities
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments for trade compliance
• Maintain accurate records for all import/export transactions
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on trade regulations
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise management accordingly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in trade compliance or import/export operations
• Knowledge of Saudi customs regulations is a plus
• Professional certifications (e.g., customs or trade compliance) are advantageous but not required
