Work Schedule
- Full-time role
- Standard business hours (Sunday–Thursday)
- Based in King Abdullah District, Riyadh
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and import/export requirements
- Monitor and interpret trade regulations, sanctions, and embargoes
- Prepare and review shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin)
- Classify goods using HS codes and ensure proper tariff application
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government authorities
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments for trade compliance
- Maintain accurate records for all import/export transactions
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on trade regulations
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise management accordingly

- Experience with import/export documentation and procedures
- HS classification and tariff knowledge
- Risk assessment and compliance auditing

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in trade compliance or import/export operations
- Knowledge of Saudi customs regulations is a plus
- Professional certifications (e.g., customs or trade compliance) are advantageous but not required
