Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage daily tour operations and travel itineraries
- Handle booking arrangements for tours, transport, guides, and activities
- Communicate with clients before, during, and after tours to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with local suppliers, transport providers, and service partners
- Monitor schedules to ensure timely departures and smooth tour execution
- Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally during tours
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and confirmations
- Ensure all tours meet company quality and safety standards
- Support sales inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
Skills
- Customer service and client relationship management
- Tour planning and itinerary development
- Strong communication skills (English required; additional languages preferred)
- Knowledge of travel destinations and local attractions
- Booking systems / reservation management experience
- Problem-solving and crisis handling in real-time situations
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Sales and upselling of travel packages
- Attention to detail and time management
- Team coordination and supplier management
Requirements
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, travel agency, or tour operations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Comfortable working flexible shifts based on tour schedules
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with booking systems is an advantage
- Positive attitude and service-driven mindset
