What You’ll Do (Tour Guide Phase — No Selling Required Yet)

• Welcome and register guests for resort presentations
• Create a high-energy, professional first impression
• Guide guests through arrival and check-in experience
• Coordinate guest flow with Sales Leaders
• Gather guest travel preferences and interests
• Ensure a smooth, seamless handoff to Sales Executives

Phase 1: Tour Guide Learn the business, gain confidence, and complete your Arizona Real Estate License (we reimburse you)

• Outgoing, confident communicators
• Goal-driven and money-motivated individuals
• High-energy personalities who enjoy working with people
• Comfortable in face-to-face environments
• Background in sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus

• Two consecutive days off each week
• Weekend & holiday availability required
