Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar for a Total Rewards Specialist.
The responsibilities include designing, implementing, and evaluating compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
The role involves conducting market analysis, benchmarking salary structures, and managing performance-based reward systems.
The Total Rewards Specialist will collaborate with HR and leadership teams to implement employee reward programs and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Compensation and Benefits planning, including salary structuring, benchmarking, and job grading
- Minimum 5 years of Experience.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and labor laws related to compensation and employee benefits
- Analytical and quantitative skills for market analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with HR teams and leadership
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in HR or Total Rewards positions; familiarity with global or regional compensation trends is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications such as CCP or CHRP are preferred
