Overview

We are seeking an Arabic speaker Total Rewards professional to lead the design and execution of competitive compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate talent while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong expertise in compensation structures, incentives, and benefits programs, supported by market benchmarking, data-driven decision-making, and effective stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of experience, including at least 4 years in total rewards, with proven exposure to policy development, regulatory compliance, and vendor management.

A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a master’s degree or professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or CIPD considered an advantage.
