1st Shift
Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–2:00 PM OR
Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Occasional Friday overtime, up to 2 Fridays a month mandatory
2nd Shift
Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:00 AM
What You’ll Do • Build, repair, and maintain stamping dies, fixtures, and tooling • Perform die maintenance and troubleshooting during production changeovers • Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and manual machining equipment • Machine and fit tooling components to precise tolerances • Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T specifications • Work with engineering and production teams to improve tooling performance • Maintain records of tooling repairs and modifications
What We’re Looking For • Completion of a Tool & Die or Toolmaker apprenticeship • 7+ years of experience in a metal stamping or toolmaking environment • Strong knowledge of precision machining, blueprint reading, and GD&T • Experience operating CNC mills and manual machine tools • Ability to troubleshoot tooling and die issues independently
