Tool Coordinator

Monitor the issuing and return of tooling and equipment

Maintain cost control savings over workshop consumable monthly spend

Liaise with suppliers for quotation of tooling and equipment, for both repair and new purchase items.

Coordinate the maintenance, repair, calibration and service of tooling and equipment

Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for services and required materials

Maintain the SDS register (in conjunction with department personnel)

Operate load shifting equipment

Monitor, report and control safety audits on tools and equipment

Maintain and update repair schedules and history for compliance / audit requirements

Preparing tooling for transport to sites

High Risk Forklift License is Essential

Experience in warehouse operations Essential

Mechanical Trade Background Preferred

Data entry - information maintenance/record keeping

Sound written and verbal communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills
