TIRE SALES MANAGER - COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Tire Sales Manager to join our Commercial Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing tire sales, managing key customer relationships, and leading commercial activities to achieve company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase tire sales
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure product availability
- Support and guide the sales team when needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in tire sales, automotive sales, or commercial sales management
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet sales targets
- Good knowledge of the automotive/tire market
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Results-oriented with a strong commercial mindset
